Inquiries
When you request a consultation, estimate, product recommendation, or design guidance, Kingstree saves the details you enter so it can respond. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, project notes, and selected preferences. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing email.
Email updates
Sending an inquiry does not sign you up for marketing email. To request optional flooring tips, project ideas, and occasional news, use the separate Kingstree email signup form. You can unsubscribe using a link in a future marketing email.
Storage and service providers
Inquiry records are stored in the website’s private database. When configured, Kingstree also sends your inquiry details to Klaviyo so an internal alert can reach its team. This does not add you to an email marketing list or grant marketing consent. Website hosting and Klaviyo process data needed to operate the forms. Kingstree does not publish inquiry details on the website.
